Baeknyeon Tojong’s chicken are bred in a different way from other broilers. They are bred in a sanitary environment and then hygienically slaughtered in modernized facilities. Samgyetang(ginseng chicken soup) is made by stuffing the cavity of a young chicken with sweet rice, ginseng, hedysarum root, and jujubes, trussing it and then simmering it in a stone pot or earthen bowl for about an hour. Korean Ginseng Chicken Stew(Samgyetang) is a traditional dish in which the taste of chicken and the effect of Korea  ginseng are in perfect harmony. It is a Korean traditional royal food which is made by steaming the chicken after stuffing it with glutinous rice, dates,garlics and Korea ginseng. You will fully enjoy the taste, flavor and nutrition of Korea ginseng at one time.
